¿Coches, motos y furgonetas desde 180 euros? El Ayuntamiento de Madrid subasta de su parque móvil

¿Es posible conseguir una moto -de segunda mano, eso sí- por 180 euros, un antiguo coche patrulla de la policía por 300 o una ambulancia por 500? Pues aunque parezca increíble la respuesta es: sí. Porque el Ayuntamiento de Madrid quiere dar una segunda vida a algunos de los vehículos de su parque móvil y, de paso, recuperar parte de lo invertido en ellos. Aunque sea simplemente un poco.

Lo hará a través de una subasta que ya está en marcha y se cierra el día 10 de abril y que consta de nada menos que 248 vehículos, sobre los que se podrá pujar a través de la web de la empresa especializada a la que se ha encargado el proceso: International Auction Group, S.L., previo depósito (reembolsable) de 200 euros.

Los turismos, en su mayoría, son modelos de Renault (Scenic, Koleos, ZOE) y Ford (C-Max, Focus) con unos 10 años de uso, aunque hay coches más antiguos (Citroën Xsara Picasso, Peugeot 206, Chevrolet Aveo, Nissan Trade…), pero ninguno más veterano que un Suzuki Samurai y un Land Rover Defender (que no arranca) de 1996.

Precios de partida bajísimos

Lo más llamativo son, sin duda, sus precios. Los vehículos subastados arrancan en 180 euros en el caso de las motos, 300 en el de los coches (los hay incluso de Policía) y 500 en el de las furgonetas (entre las que figuran antiguas ambulancias), aunque hay también camiones, maquinaria (dumpers, volquetes, barredoras y palas excavadoras) e incluso vehículos cuyo único fin es achatarrar o emplear sus piezas para recambios.

Tal y como figura en las bases de la subasta, esos precios de salida son las pujas mínimas por la que se adjudicarán… por lo que si tienes suerte y sólo tú ofertas por uno de ellos por ese importe mínimo, te lo llevarás a precio de ganga. Con una excepción: que alguien puje por todo el lote (que tiene un precio de salida de 250.000 euros) y esa oferta sea mayor que la suma de las ofertas individuales, en cuyo caso todos los vehículos irán a parar a ese único postor.

Entre las motos figuran muchas Piaggio, Yamaha y Honda, pero también eléctricas Silence. También figuran varios camiones, algunos de ellos siniestrados.

Ojo, sin ITV en vigor

Aunque los vehículos del parque del Ayuntamiento han sido desprovistos de todos los elementos que los identificaban como vehículos oficiales (desde los logotipos hasta los equpamientos específicos en el caso de los coches policiales, por ejemplo)

Sin embargo, no tienen la ITV en vigor por lo que aquellos que los adquieran tendrán que pasar por ese proceso antes de poder utilizarlos. Igualmente, y como suele ser habitual en estos casos, el comprador tendrá que hacer frente a los gastos de cambio de titularidad. Además, como recogen las condiciones, “los postores asumen la situación física y técnica en la que se encuentran los vehículos”.

Si ganamos la subasta, también habrá que afrontar otros gastos extra: en este caso un 10% (más IVA) del precio ofertado como honorarios para la empresa que gestiona la subasta, 90 euros de gastos de gestoría y la Tasa 4.4 de la DGT para cambios de uso de vehículos (20,81 euros), si procede.
