O São Paulo deverá seguir atormentado pelos problemas de dívidas, e estas deverão ter ainda maior pressão, já que os débitos mantidos pelo SPFC tiveram aumento em relação aos números de 2023, segundo indica um dirigente do clube
R$ 900 milhões
Em entrevista ao canal dos jornalistas Arnaldo Ribeiro e Eduardo Tironi, o superintendente geral do clube, Márcio Carlomagno revelou que o balanço financeiro são-paulino, que deve ser divulgado ao Conselho Deliberativo em abril, indica um aumento de 35% do valor devido pelo Tricolor para o creditado no ano anterior. Ao todo, o valor do débito gira em torno de R$ 900 milhões.
“Nossa dívida está na casa dos R$ 900 milhões. Sabemos onde precisamos trabalhar para que ela fique estagnada e comece a redução”, declarou Carlomagno.
O balanço financeiro de 2023 apresentava R$ 669 milhões como valor bruto da dívida, o que fora R$ 18 milhões maior do que o de 2022. Valores ‘modestos’ se comparados com aqueles que o São Paulo apresentará a seus conselheiros, estes batendo em R$ 231 milhões maiores do que os computados no ano anterior.
Fundo para pagar débitos
Para tentar sanar tal problema, um fundo de investimentos (FIDC) foi criado pelo SPFC para captar dinheiro para o pagamento de débitos. Tal fundo terá em suas contas R$ 400 milhões que serão investidos para cumprir com tais obrigações, especialmente com bancos e outras instituições financeiras, mas causando limitações no patamar de aportes ao futebol.
Na busca por receitas, os contratos de naming rights do MorumBis com a Mondelez e a renovação com a Superbet no cargo de patrocinadora master, são vistos como pontos para conseguir verbas que possam amenizar a situação financeira e também reduzir as dívidas do São Paulo. No caso do site de apostas, o valor do contrato, que deverá ir até 2030, envolve R$ 678 milhões em valores fixos, que podem chegar a R$ 1 bilhão em caso de metas.
