Com o fim dos estaduais no país, Walter Casagrande projetou os próximos desafios do Corinthians na temporada. No domingo (30), o Timão enfrenta o Bahia, às 20h (de Brasília), na Arena Fonte Nova, em Salvador, pela primeira rodada do Brasileirão.
Para Casão, um adversário bastante perigoso para o time paulista, isso porque enxerga o Tricolor muito bem preparado pelo técnico Rogério Ceni e que promete brigar pelas posições superiores na tabela.
“Já começa a dureza contra o forte Bahia. Um time bem treinado, também campeão estadual, sendo um clube muito organizado pelo grupo City, com o presidente Emerson Ferretti. Muitos enfrentarão o calor e a vibrante torcida do “Baêa” pela primeira vez, como Carillo, Memphis, Martínez, Angileri e talvez mais alguns”, escreveu Casagrande, em coluna publicada no UOL.
Como jogou na última quinta-feira, há uma preocupação a respeito do desgaste dos atletas e o temor por lesões. Portanto, é difícil imaginar qual time será escalado no final de semana. Ramón Diaz e sua comissão técnica irão avaliar caso a caso.

“Contra oCorinthians, jogo duríssimo, Internacional é duríssimo. Aí Santos também, Nacional-URU etc. Então, não tem como fazer escolhas. Nós temos que jogar 100% todos eles e analisar a recuperação dos jogadores, fazer trocas para não lesionar”, analisa Rogério Ceni.
