Embora tenha dado como certa nos bastidores a sua vinda em caso de proposta, Jorge Jesus não foi procurado pelo presidente Ednaldo Rodrigues nem pelo diretor de seleções, Rodrigo Caetano.
JJ tem contrato até o fim do Mundial e mandou avisar que aceitaria assumir a seleção brasileira antes. Mas para isso a CBF teria que pagar uma rescisão que o técnico cogitou assumir, inclusive.
A diretoria da CBF começou a tratar o assunto nesta segunda-feira. Mesmo com o desejo de ter uma definição até a data Fifa de junho, o cenário se desenha para algo concreto só após o Mundial.
O técnico do Real Madrid, Carlo Ancelotti, também deu sinal verde para a CBF para depois do torneio. Mesmo que esteja aberto a seguir o caminho de Jesus para o futebol árabe.
Se esperar o Mundial de Clubes, a CBF terá que alçar um treinador interino ao cargo para a data Fifa de junho, nos jogos do Brasil contra Equador e Paraguai.
