Bosse kämpfen um ihre Legende – Bayern hat Geheimplan für die Müller-Zukunft

Bayern-Legende Thomas Müller wollte gerne, aber sein Klub lässt ihn wohl nicht: Der 35-Jährige steht vor dem Aus als Spieler beim Rekordmeister, ein neues Vertragsangebot gab es für ihn nicht.

Die Bayern-Bosse stießen ihren verdienten Star vor den Kopf! Denn: Gespräche und öffentliche Äußerungen aus dem Vorstand ließen bislang den Schluss zu, dass auch auf Klubseite der Wunsch vorherrsche, Müller eine letzte Saison zu ermöglichen.

Müller irritiert, die Bosse in Erklärungsnot. Was tun?

Nach SPORT BILD-Informationen gibt es intern einen Plan, wie beide Seiten doch noch in einer gemeinsamen Lösung zusammenfinden könnten. Dieser Weg führt in die USA!

FC Bayern hat einen Partner in der MLS

Müller würde gerne noch ein Jahr Fußball spielen. Aus den USA locken ihn viele Klubs. Darunter sollen der FC Cincinnati und San Diego FC sein. Der FC Bayern hat allerdings ebenfalls einen Partner-Verein in der MLS: Der Los Angeles Football Club kooperiert mit dem Münchner Rekordmeister. Die Bayern-Bosse sollen nun prüfen, ob auch der LA-Verein Müller ein Angebot machen könnte. So wäre Müller weiter im Bayern-Kosmos eingebunden und würde ein Botschafter für die Münchner auf dem amerikanischen Markt sein.

In den USA versucht der FC Bayern seit Langem, Fuß zu fassen, hat seit 2014 ein eigenes Büro in New York. Nach dieser Saison tritt der Tabellenführer der Bundesliga zudem bei der Klub-WM in den USA an. Inwieweit Müller dort als Gesicht des Vereins auftreten wird, ist ebenfalls noch nicht geklärt.

Der Vertrag von Müller läuft aktuell zum 30. Juni aus. Dann wären gerade einmal die Achtelfinale, für die sich der FC Bayern als Erster oder Zweiter der Gruppe C qualifizieren kann, gespielt. Ab dem Viertelfinale wäre Müller nicht mehr beim FC Bayern angestellt. Eine Einigung, ob Müller ohne einen neuen Vertrag dann weiterhin für den FC Bayern auflaufen würde, gibt es bisher nicht und ist Verhandlungsgegenstand der Gespräche.

Selbst wie Müller im Falle eines Karriere-Endes verabschiedet würde, ist, Stand jetzt, offen. Ein Abschiedsspiel wird Müller bekommen. Dieses war allerdings nicht ein Zugeständnis der aktuellen Zukunftsgespräche, sondern war bereits im Zuge vergangener Vertragsverlängerungen zugesichert worden.

Bei der Entscheidung über eine Spielerzukunft bei Bayern wurde Müller von den Klub-Bossen vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt. Der Profi muss jetzt entscheiden, ob er seine Karriere nach 25 Jahren im Klub beenden will. Oder ob er sich erstmals in seiner Laufbahn vom FC Bayern löst.

Schon jetzt hat Müller Angebote von Werbe- und TV-Sendern, die ihn als Gesicht verpflichten wollen. Wie einst Franz Beckenbauer, der für Konkurrenten der Bayern-Werbepartner und als Experte arbeitete, steht Müller als Klub-Legende und Publikumsliebling für den FC Bayern. Einen Vertrag mit dem Rekordmeister braucht er dafür nicht.
