“Siempre estás en desventaja y les gusta marcar su territorio, intimidarte físicamente. Quieren asegurarse de que estés incómodo y sin espacio, desde el primer minuto hasta el último, incluso si no tienes el balón. Es más mental que en el mediocampo porque es un duelo más directo. Pero me estoy adaptando y si algo he sido siempre es un luchador: me gusta el contacto, nunca me doy por vencido”, le contó Mikel Merino, que reconoce que ha llegado a jugar en siete posiciones diferentes, a Sid Lowe en ‘The Guardian’ el 20 de marzo.
