Como era de esperar, todo se debe a las continuas polémicas a las que se ha enfrentado la pareja en los últimos meses. Según narra en la canción, Bianca Censori sufrió un ataque de pánico después de haber recibido muchos comentarios de odio en las redes sociales. Cabe recordar que su última salida de tono fue acudir con un vestido totalmente transparente a los Grammy.
No queda aquí la historia, pues West también desvela que se percató de que Censori lo estaba abandonando después de echar un vistazo a una app de rastreo. El artista norteamericano cuenta que su expareja se subió a un coche y salió corriendo. Por último, en esta canción también menciona que su relación con la familia de Bianca no era la más adecuada posible.
