As preferências de Craque Neto, Casagrande e Milton Neves para a sucessão de Dorival Júnior são diferentes.

O ex-camisa 10 manifestou o desejo de ver o retorno de um velho conhecido dos torcedores brasileiros: Dunga.
Para Craque Neto, o Capitão do Tetra foi o melhor treinador da seleção brasileira nas Copas do Mundo que a equipe não venceu a partir de 2006, além de blindar o escrete canarinho.
“O Dunga deveria ser o treinador de novo, porque não ia dar condição para as pessoas que tinham regalia”, opinou o ex-camisa 10 em seu programa na Band, sobre o técnico que dirigiu o Brasil no Mundial de 2010.

Já Casagrande defende Jorge Jesus no comando da seleção brasileira na próxima Copa do Mundo. Para o comentarista, o ex-técnico do Flamengo é quem mais se aproxima do clássico estilo vistoso praticado pelo nosso futebol, além de conceder mas liberdade para os jogadores.
“Tem uma visão de futebol muito próxima da nossa escola futebolística, da nossa cultura”, frisou Casão, em sua coluna no UOL.
No mesmo portal, Milton Neves manifestou seu apoio a Abel Ferreira. No seu ponto de vista, o pragmatismo do técnico do Palmeiras é mais recomendável para um trabalho de tiro curto, faltando pouco mais de um ano para a Copa do Mundo.
“É melhor escolher um treinador que já esteja totalmente adaptado ao nosso futebol”, justificou o apresentador no texto opinativo, ressaltando que Abel Ferreira conseguirá arrumar o sistema defensivo do Brasil, além de encontrar novos talentos no meio-campo.
