La acción del exdelantero de FC Barcelona y Atlético de Madrid no gustó nada en el campo y tampoco ha agradado en los despachos federativos del fútbol brasileño, hasta el punto de anunciar sanciones para los jugadores que imiten esta jugada. “Los árbitros que identifiquen la actitud referida deberán sancionarla con tiro libre indirecto a favor del equipo adversario y tarjeta amarilla para el infractor“, reza el comunicado oficial de la Comisión de Arbitraje de la CBF.
La respuesta de Memphis: “Es absurdo”
La reacción del futbolista llegó a las pocas horas a través de un mensaje en sus perfiles oficiales en redes sociales y puso en duda la gestión de las altas esferas del fútbol brasileño. “Vine a Brasil para experimentar el ‘jogo bonito’ de primera mano, pero ahora la CBF anunció tarjeta amarilla para quien se pare sobre el balón como hice durante un par de segundos en la última final de la Copa Paulista”.
“No veo el problema aquí. El fútbol brasileño está en alza… ¡y merece visibilidad global! Hay muchísimo talento aquí. La alegría y la pasión al expresarnos en el campo no deberían limitarse. ¿Quién decide el futuro de este hermoso país futbolístico? Centrémonos en qué reglas puedan mejorar el deporte y en el aspecto comercial del fútbol, que beneficia a los clubes, a la afición y a los jugadores, en lugar de estos anuncios absurdos“, remató en un comunicado al que acompañó a las pocas horas con una foto en alta calidad de su polémica acción.
