Do Brna to aspoň mají rodiče z Vysočiny blíž,“ poznamenal.

„Trenéři nás připravují, co hraje soupeř a co chceme hrát my.

How the Avalanche forced Game 7 vs. Dallas with wild 7-4 win: Takeaways

DENVER — Colin Blackwell put his hands on his head. Sam Steel covered his face with both gloves. Both looked to the heavens — well, the Ball Arena rafters — in utter disbelief. This? This is how we get to a Game 7? Oh, well. The hockey world will take it.Nathan MacKinnon got credit for the goal, but it was the Stars who put the decisive puck past Jake Oettinger. The Stars goaltender had stopped a MacKinnon drive to the net, and the puck lay on the doorstep. Steel was the first one there, and he swept it out of the slot, firing it straight to the side. But Blackwell — the Game 2 overtime hero — was standing right there. The puck hit his shoulder and fluttered over a flailing Oettinger’s glove. That stood as the game-winner in a 7-4 […]

Fantasy Premier League: Mbeumo? Bowen? Isak? Rating the best Gameweek 35 captaincy options

We only have four rounds left, so nailing your captain each week from now will go a long way in ensuring you have the best finish possible in Fantasy Premier League. For Gameweek 35, there are quite a few options and it isn’t straightforward. With rotation possible for Liverpool and Arsenal, the usual big-hitters, including Mohamed Salah (£13.8m) and Bukayo Saka (£10.5m), are not the safest captaincy picks this week. Here, we will highlight the best captaincy options, looking at underlying numbers and fixtures. Bryan Mbeumo (£8.1m), Brentford, midfielderMbeumo is the second-highest scoring player in the game with 18 goals and seven assists (212 FPL points). He has been phenomenal this season and has seamlessly filled the void that Ivan Toney left at Brentford after moving to Saudi Arabian club Al Ahli last summer.  In Gameweek 35, Thomas Frank’s side host a struggling Manchester United, […]

Jalen Brunson sends Knicks fans, celebrities into a frenzy with game-winning 3-pointer to eliminate Pistons

Getty Images The New York Knicks are moving on to the second round after they survived the Detroit Pistons, 116-113, in Game 6 on the strength of a Jalen Brunson game-winning 3-pointer with 4.3 seconds to play. After leading by as many as 15, and 12 in the fourth quarter, the Knicks saw themselves on the wrong side of a 19-point swing to go down seven with 2:35 to play. But Brunson just wouldn't let his team go down, scoring seven of New York's final 11 points to close the series.  That is just a nasty slam-on-the-brakes move to absolutely lose Ausar Thompson, an electric defender who gave Brunson fits in Game 5 and had snuffed out a Brunson isolation with a clean strip a minute earlier. That's how you win Clutch Player of the Year, as Brunson just did. There are […]
