Em meio a protestos contra preço de ingressos e críticas sobre o comportamento de torcedores no Maracanã, o Flamengo articula a volta de torcidas organizadas punidas desde 2023 ao estádio.
No ano passado, a Torcida Jovem e Raça Rubro-Negra foram suspensas pelo Tribunal de Justiça do Rio após uma briga que ocorreu antes do jogo com Vasco, com oito feridos e uma morte.
Na expectativa por maior festa e apoio, o Flamengo se reuniu com membros das torcidas que estão proibidas de ir aos jogos para levar aos órgãos de segurança uma nova proposta.
A ideia é que haja um novo TAC (Termo de Ajustamento de Conduta) com adaptação do comportamento dos torcedores e maior comprometimento em relação ao CPF dos mesmos.
Desta forma, o Flamengo tentará, por meios legais, o retorno das torcidas punidas em seus CNPJ pelo prazo de cinco anos, até 2028.
Além da exclusão das arquibancadas, a sentença incluiu interdição das sedes, bloqueio das contas bancárias, apreensão de documentos e a quebra do sigilo eletrônico das organizações envolvidas.
A decisão afetou também a Força Jovem do Vasco e a Young Flu, do Fluminense.
