Milton Neves acredita que o Corinthians terá dificuldades de brigar por grandes títulos na temporada 2025 por conta do plantel mais enxuto. Ao repercutir o triunfo apertado da equipe sobre o Sport, pelo Brasileirão, neste sábado (19), o jornalista citou que as dívidas podem atrapalhar o clube nas investidas.

No entender dele, o Timão tem uma equipe titular de boa qualidade, mas quando é preciso trocar peças, os jogadores vindo do banco não ostentam o mesmo volume, e diante de um quadro de alto endividamento, é improvável que a direção faça ‘loucuras’ para contratar.

“Fato é que o treinador que chegar ao Corinthians (já está demorando para ‘baterem o martelo’ com Dorival Júnior), terá bastante trabalho, pois os 11 titulares dão conta do recado, mas quando algum suplente precisa entrar, a performance cai vertiginosamente”,

“Portanto, se não quiser passar por apertos neste Brasileiro, vai ter que ir ao mercado. Mas, depois do balanço financeiro divulgado, fica difícil imaginar que haja coragem para buscar dinheiro onde não há”, avaliou o ex-jogador.
