In a recent photoshoot that quickly went viral, Lewis posed confidently with a diamond-encrusted Darth Vader pendant, casually referencing his reported $1.1 million NIL valuation.

Others voiced concern that Lewis might be letting style eclipse substance.

Some critics took their frustrations a step further, suggesting Deion Sanders may be enabling what they see as a loose culture of unchecked flash.
“Deion Sanders is successfully creating a clown culture in Colorado,” one user wrote, implying the head coach is focusing too much on image and not enough on discipline.
But others pushed back, pointing out that players like Lewis have earned their moment in the spotlight.
“If you look at these players, though, they’ve put in so much work up to this point.
