Musiala wurde wie die ebenfalls verletzten Manuel Neuer (39), Alphonso Davies (24), Dayot Upamecano (26) und Hiroki Ito (25) schmerzlich vermisst.
Wann kehrt der Super-Dribbler zurück? „Ich habe am ersten Tag nach meiner Verletzung mit der Arbeit am Comeback begonnen, und so weit läuft alles nach Plan. Ich habe ein großes Ziel: die Klub-WM. Denn dort geht es um viel Prestige, Einnahmen für den Verein und einen neuen, internationalen Titel. Und den wollen wir gewinnen! Ich will in den USA wieder auf dem Platz stehen.“

Musiala könnte sogar indirekt helfen, dass ein Transfer von Florian Wirtz (21) klappt: Die Zusatzeinnahmen von bis zu 100 Mio. Euro beim Turnier in Nordamerika könnten die Bayern gut gebrauchen.
Das große Ziel bleibt aber ein Erfolg in der Königsklasse. Seit dem Champions-League-Sieg 2020 schied der Rekordmeister viermal im Viertelfinale aus, einmal war im Halbfinale Schluss. Dennoch ist Musiala überzeugt: „In unserer Mannschaft steckt eine große Zukunft. Wir haben viele Top-Spieler, sowohl letzte Saison gegen Real als auch jetzt gegen Inter haben nur Kleinigkeiten gefehlt. In dieser Mannschaft steckt der Champions-League-Sieg, davon bin ich überzeugt!“
