Shedeur Sanders is weeks away from becoming a professional athlete, but buying an extravagant property isn’t at the top of his list. And for good reason-his father, Deion Sanders, already gave the family a home that most people can only dream of. Spanning a jaw-dropping 5,000 acres in Texas, Coach Prime’s estate features multiple luxury mansions, a football field, basketball court, pool, hot tub, and even a private lake.
In a recent vlog, Shedeur gave a casual yet heartfelt shoutout to his dad for footing the bill. “Shoutout to the pops for making that big boy payment,” he said with a smile. Asked if he’d follow suit after being drafted, he made it clear: there’s no need. “Why am I going to spend my money on it? Dad already got one.”

Built for comfort, legacy, and wild adventure
The Texas ranch isn’t just large it’s designed for both luxury and family connection. Each of Deion’s children has their own private space, while the outdoors offer everything from ATV rides to fishing trips. Wildlife is everywhere-hogs, snakes, frogs, turtles-but Coach Prime is more than comfortable in this rugged environment. A self-proclaimed outdoorsman, he keeps a shotgun handy and isn’t afraid to hunt on his land.
Although the ranch was briefly listed for sale in 2023, Deion had a change of heart and instead chose to invest even more into the property, transforming it into a true family sanctuary. It’s the kind of place where the Sanders name can grow for generations.
A father who gives-and sons who give back
While Deion Sanders is known for his generosity, his sons have found their own way to show appreciation. When their father relocated to Boulder to coach the Colorado Buffaloes, Shedeur, Shilo, and Deion Jr. came together to buy him a house just outside the city. Complete with scenic mountain views and a lake perfect for relaxing, it was a meaningful gesture to a man who’s spent his life supporting them.
As for Shedeur, he’s waiting for the NFL Draft to determine his next move-but when it comes to real estate, he’s not in a hurry. “I’ll get my own spot,” he hinted, “just not a 5,000-acre one.”
