In a recent episode of her podcast, Confessions of a Female Founder, Meghan Markle made a comment that is likely to reignite tensions with her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton.
During the episode, Meghan discussed the challenges she faced as a new mother and the unsolicited advice she received from various sources.

She remarked, “I don’t need advice from someone who hasn’t been through it.” While she did not name anyone specifically, many believe this was a veiled reference to Kate, who is known for her parenting experience.
This comment comes on the heels of previous public disagreements between the two duchesses. In a 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan claimed that Kate had made her cry over a disagreement about flower girl dresses before her wedding to Prince Harry.
However, Meghan clarified that Kate had apologized and she had forgiven her. Despite this, the incident has remained a point of contention among royal observers.
A strained relationship
Royal insiders suggest that Meghan‘s latest remarks could further strain her relationship with Kate. One source noted, “Meghan has always felt she has more to offer in terms of modernizing the monarchy, and her comments often seem to undermine Kate‘s more traditional approach.”
Another insider added, “Kate may feel that Meghan‘s criticisms are unwarranted, especially when it comes to parenting.”
As Meghan continues to build her platform through her podcast and other ventures, it remains to be seen how her relationship with Kate will evolve. For now, it appears that the rift between the two duchesses is far from healed.
