A seleção brasileira está em busca de um novo treinador, desde que oficializou a saída de Dorival Júnior após a derrota sofrida contra a Argentina, em clássico válido pelas Eliminatórias sul-americanas da Copa do Mundo 2026.
O ex-goleiro Rogério Ceni opinou sobre o tema, ao conceder entrevista coletiva após a vitória do Bahia por 1 a 0 sobre o Palmeiras, no estádio Allianz Parque. De acordo com o profissional, a escolha deve ser por alguém nascido em outro país.
“Eu acho que, na seleção brasileira, qualquer um que assuma vai ter que ter liberdade para trabalhar”, iniciou Rogério Ceni.
“Aí a seleção vai ter, sem dúvida nenhuma, mais chance de sucesso. Quem deve vir é um treinador de fora que tenha capacidade e bagagem”, completou.
CBF avança por Carlo Ancelotti
O italiano voltou a ganhar força nos bastidores da Confederação Brasileira de Futebol (CBF), segundo a imprensa esportiva.
Ancelotti tem contrato em vigor com o Real Madrid, mas os resultados obtidos podem fazer com que o time merengue rescinde o vínculo trabalhista.
O clube espanhol foi eliminado da Uefa Champions League após ser derrotado duas vezes pelo Arsenal.
Além disso, recentemente perdeu a final da Copa do Rei, num emocionante 3 a 2 para o Barcelona. A decisão teve duas viradas de placar.
O Real Madrid também está abaixo do rival catalão, na corrida pelo título da LaLiga (Campeonato Espanhol) e foi derrotado pelo próprio Barcelona, na decisão da Supercopa da Espanha.
