España se vio sumida en el caos absoluto desde las 12:30 horas del pasado lunes, 28 de abril, y hasta la pasada la medianoche. Un apagón dejó a la Península sin energía, lo que derivó en que muchos españoles decidieran sacar dinero en efectivo ante el temor de que un ataque cibernético desatara un problema aún mayor. Sin embargo, retirar ciertas cantidades puede suponer un serio contratiempo con Hacienda.
Pese a que sean ahorros de uno mismo, lo cierto es que sacar dinero en efectivo no es algo que se pueda realizar a la ligera más si cabe cuando la cifra obtenida supera cierto umbral, a partir del cual la Agencia Tributaria comienza a fijar su punto de mira. Esto puede conllevar multas que, en algunos casos, pueden ser de hasta 150.000 euros.
Las operaciones que Hacienda vigila y pueden acarrear multas enormes
Todas las entidades bancarias tienen la obligación legal de informar a Hacienda de cualquier operación (transferencia o retirada) con cifras que sean igual o superiores a los 3.000 euros. El objetivo no es otro que luchar contra el dinero no declarado y la economía sumergida tan arraigada en España.

Tampoco se libran operaciones que, aun por debajo de ese umbral, se produzcan de forma frecuente y no estén debidamente comunicadas. En caso de incumplimiento, la multa puede ser de hasta el 150% del importe objeto de inspección y hasta un máximo de 150.000 euros.
Así, Hacienda no sólo está al tanto de cifras desorbitadas, también de aquellas operaciones que, aunque impliquen cantidades menores, sean frecuentes y den lugar a pensar en que se pueda estar incurriendo en una actividad fraudulenta para evitar las obligaciones fiscales derivadas. Así, ten mucho cuidado con tratar de esquivar a la Agencia Tributaria, ya que tu entidad bancaria tiene la obligación de informar si ve algo sospechoso.
