Die Zukunft von Florian Wirtz ist aktuell völlig offen. Wechselt er nach der Saison zu einem Weltklub, bleibt er noch ein Jahr bei Bayer Leverkusen? Noch herrscht keine Klarheit.
Fakt ist: Der FC Bayern München will den Superstar der Werkself, er ist das Transfer-Ziel Nummer eins für den kommenden Sommer. Aber: Ein ehemaliger Top-Star rät Wirtz jetzt von einem Wechsel nach München ab: Jens Nowotny (51).

„Es gibt bestimmt andere Länder, die auch Top-Klubs haben, in denen man für die Persönlichkeitsentwicklung noch einen Schritt machen kann, mit anderer Sprache und neuem Land“, so die Leverkusen-Legende weiter. Er persönlich wünsche sich, dass Wirtz, „noch ein Jahr in Leverkusen bleibt und dann mit einem WM-Titel ins Ausland geht. Er kann Weltfußballer werden“.
Und weiter: „Wenn man bedenkt, dass Florian zu einem neuen Verein geht und sich neu eingewöhnen muss und da erst mal kein Standing hat, dann ist die Hoffnung groß, dass er bei Leverkusen bleibt, aber ich weiß nicht, wie man das heute bewerten soll.“

Ein Abgang von Wirtz in diesem Sommer ist längst nicht beschlossenen Sache. Auch die Chance auf einen Verbleib besteht.
Neben den Bayern sollen ihn vor allem Manchester City aus der englischen Premier League und Real Madrid aus der spanischen LaLiga auf dem Zettel haben. Nach SPORT BILD-Informationen hat Wirtz in seinem persönlichen Wechsel-Ranking die Bayern nur auf dem dritten Platz.
Da haben tatsächlich die Königlichen die besten Karten, gefolgt von Guardiola-Klub Man City. Vorteil City: die Engländer könnten die 150 Millionen Euro, die Leverkusen mindestens für Wirtz fordert, locker bezahlen. Die Bayern und Real haben damit schon mehr Schwierigkeiten.

The NBA has been flirting with expansion for years now, but Adam Silver says a decision is coming in 2026.The NBA commissioner told reporters Tuesday before the NBA Cup championship game the league will make a "determination" about domestic expansion next year.
