Pela 1ª rodada do Paulistão Feminino, o Palmeiras visitou o Realidade Jovem em São José do Rio Preto. Em um jogo decidido no detalhe, o Verdão conseguiu uma vitória importante que coloca o time nas primeiras posições.
O duelo começou bem amarrado, com poucas oportunidades para os dois lados. A técnica do Palmeiras, Camilla Orlando, levou a campo um plantel bem mexido, tendo poucas atletas que disputam o Brasileirão Feminino. Com isso, mesmo com a pressão do Palmeiras, a goleira Thamyres segurou o empate sem gols no primeiro tempo.
Na segunda etapa, tivemos um jogo um pouco mais aberto, já que as equipes tinham que sair para atacar. Entretanto, o gol do Palmeiras só saiu aos 31 minutos, após cruzamento dentro da pequena área, Stefanie subiu e colocou o Verdão na frente.
Então, a equipe do Realidade Jovem não conseguiu esboçar uma reação e nem o Palmeiras conseguiu criar mais oportunidades. Com isso, a partida ficou em 1×0 para o alviverde que conquista seus primeiros três pontos.

Por outro lado, o Realidade Jovem disputa o Brasileirão Feminino A3, o equivalente à 3ª divisão nacional. Na competição, a equipe está na última posição do grupo 3, tendo apenas um ponto em dois jogos.
