Großer Erfolg für den DFB: Zum ersten Mal seit der Wettbewerbsgründung 2018/19 schaffte es die deutsche Nationalmannschaft in das Final Four der Nations League. Als souveräner Gruppenerster zog das Team von Bundestrainer Julian Nagelsmann (37) in die K.-o.-Runde ein. Dort gab es dann zwei packende Duelle mit Italien – mit dem besseren Ende für die Deutschen.

Fußball-Fans aufgepasst! Das Nations-League-Halbfinale zwischen Deutschland und Portugal wird live im Free-TV beim ZDF gezeigt. Anstoß ist am Mittwoch, den 04.06., um 21 Uhr. Auch im Stream unter sportstudio.de wird die Partie zu sehen sein.
Zudem überträgt der Streaminganbieter DAZN (Anzeige) die Partie in voller Länge. Die Übertragung beginnt hier um 20.30 Uhr. Des Weiteren zeigt DAZN auch das andere Halbfinale zwischen Spanien und Frankreich einen Tag später.

Fast wäre der Halbfinaleinzug allerdings gescheitert. Nach einem 2:1-Sieg im Hinspiel führte die DFB-Auswahl im Rückspiel daheim zur Halbzeit mit 3:0. In Abschnitt zwei kippte jedoch die Partie und Italien erholte sich von dem Rückstand. Die Aufholjagd war dennoch zu wenig und somit zitterte sich Deutschland weiter.
Jetzt ist der Gewinn des Turniers möglich. Vorteil für die deutsche Auswahl: Das Final-Four-Turnier der Nations-League-Saison 2024/25 wird zu Hause in München und Stuttgart ausgetragen. Auf Deutschland wartet in der bayrischen Hauptstadt Portugal mit Superstar Cristiano Ronaldo (40). Die „Selecão“ setzte sich im Viertelfinale nach Hinspielniederlage in der Verlängerung gegen Dänemark durch.
Im anderen Halbfinale in Stuttgart stehen sich Spanien und Frankreich gegenüber. Spannend: Drei von vier Teams des Final Fours konnten die Nations League bereits gewinnen – bis auf Deutschland. Gibt es diesmal den vierten, unterschiedlichen Gewinner?
