Der Ärger über das Aus im Champions-League-Halbfinale sitzt noch richtig tief.
Einen Tag nach dem 3:4 gegen Inter Mailand äußerte sich Barcelonas Joan Laporta (62) in den vereinseigenen Medien, sprach über die bittere Niederlage. Vor allem eine Person hatte seiner Meinung nach Schuld daran.

Am Dienstag pfiff Szymon Marciniak (44) das Rückspiel zwischen Inter und Barcelona. Auch Trainer Flick kritisierte bereits einige Entscheidungen des Polen und meinte: „Einige Entscheidungen waren 50:50, aber immer für Inter. Aber so ist es. Wir müssen es akzeptieren, es ist Fußball.“ Und: „Einige Entscheidungen des Schiedsrichters waren vielleicht nicht auf unserer Seite, aber so ist es. Ich will nicht über den Schiedsrichter reden. Ich habe ihm gesagt, was ich über ihn denke, aber das ist nichts für hier.“

Zuletzt stand Barcelona 2015 im Finale der Königsklasse, damals gewannen sie 3:1 gegen Juventus Turin. 2026 soll es endlich wieder so weit sein. Laporta: „Das muss uns stärker machen, damit wir die Mentalität haben, die es braucht, um die Liga zu gewinnen. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Träume wahr werden, wenn wir weiterhin arbeiten. Nächste Saison werden wir darum kämpfen, um die Champions League zu gewinnen.“
Und: „Wir standen sehr kurz vor dem Finale. Aber ich sehe, dass die Barcelona-Fans stolz auf diese Mannschaft sind, auf das, was sie leistet. Es ist eine Mannschaft für die Gegenwart und die Zukunft, das gibt uns Kraft.“
Nach dem Aus gegen Inter kämpft der Klub in LaLiga um die Meisterschaft. Aktuell führen sie die Tabelle mit 79 Punkten an, Real Madrid auf Platz 2 hat 75 Zähler. An diesem Sonntag treffen sie in der Liga aufeinander (16.15 Uhr).
