Cassie drops bombshell about NFL affair in explosive testimony against Diddy

In a jaw-dropping moment that shook the courtroom, Cassie Ventura confessed she once had an affair with an NFL player while dating Sean “Diddy” Combs – a revelation that added a dramatic twist to her ongoing testimony in the music mogul’s federal trial.

The singer and model, now 38, took the stand for a third day as the prosecution’s star witness in the case that accuses Combs of sex trafficking, racketeering, and running his entertainment empire as a criminal operation. But it was her personal bombshell that caught everyone off guard.

Under cross-examination by Diddy’s attorney Anna Estevao, Cassie was questioned about a 2016 incident in which Combs allegedly took her phone after suspecting she had cheated on him with an NFL player.

Cassie confirmed the event and admitted to the affair, though she declined to name the athlete. “I don’t know if he’s playing anymore,” she said coyly, leaving courtroom observers and the public scrambling to identify the mystery footballer.

The defense is trying to divert attention

Estevao then steered the conversation toward other moments of alleged jealousy, including a reported incident where Diddy became enraged over Cassie dancing with singer Chris Brown – an interaction Cassie denied. “I was not dancing with him,” she insisted, despite confirming Diddy’s aggressive behavior at the time.

While Diddy’s legal team appeared to be painting the violent episodes as outbursts of jealousy rather than calculated crimes, Cassie’s testimony painted a far darker picture – one of addiction, manipulation, and systemic abuse.

“He was an addict,” Cassie said bluntly, testifying that both she and Combs regularly used painkillers and opioids, especially during their now-infamous “freak-offs” – wild, drug-fueled parties.

She claimed the drugs were used to cope with the emotional and physical toll of their relationship, adding that Combs feared losing himself in “the matrix,” their term for being too high to function.

Cassie managed to escape from Combs’ clutches

Cassie also recalled how her previous relationships – including rumored ties with Kid Cudi and Michael B. Jordan – would spark violent reactions from Combs, marked by intense jealousy and possessiveness.

Now married and expecting her third child, Ventura is a world away from the chaos she described on the stand. But her testimony could prove pivotal in the high-profile case that has already rocked the entertainment industry.

As for the unnamed NFL star at the center of her shocking confession – fans, media, and even investigators may be watching closely to see if that part of the story resurfaces before the trial ends.
