While much of the spotlight is on LeBron James and his dominance on the basketball court, his wife Savannah James continues to shine in her own right-as a businesswoman, podcast host, and hands-on mom.
Recently, the mother of three offered fans a personal glimpse into her life with a relatable parenting moment involving her youngest daughter, Zhuri, during a rare moment of downtime.
With LeBron away due to the NBA’s packed schedule, Savannah has been holding things down at home. While her sons Bronny and Bryce are off pursuing their athletic careers, it’s Zhuri who remains home-and, as Savannah recently revealed, she’s anything but low-maintenance.
In a humorous Instagram Story, Savannah is seen trying to enjoy a moment to herself with a cup of iced coffee-only for Zhuri to swoop in.

“Every time I’m just trying to mind my business and enjoy my coffee. This one. I’m going to put her lips. Oh my God! No,” Savannah says off-camera as her daughter cheekily tries to sneak a taste, smirking the whole time.
It was a light-hearted exchange, but one that captures the real-life balance Savannah maintains every day. And while it seems playful, Savannah‘s honest moment highlights the constant demands of parenting-even for those in the public eye.
Choosing authenticity over attention
While fans see her supporting LeBron courtside or appearing at glamorous events, Savannah James often opts for a quieter, more intentional path-especially when it comes to her professional endeavors.
Her latest project, Reframe, a skincare brand she officially launched earlier this year, reflects her approach to success. Despite being more than qualified to leverage her platform for promotion, Savannah has remained behind the scenes on purpose.
“I think that I understand that [attention comes], but I think, purposefully, I didn’t want to be the face of the brand and I didn’t want to be in any of the campaigns, because I wanted to be taken seriously,” she told People in an exclusive interview.
She emphasized that Reframe wasn’t just a vanity project born of spare time. “I don’t want it to be looked at like, ‘Oh, she had time, so she did something with skincare.’ I’ve really, really invested a lot of time and research into making sure that these are products that can compete with any clinical skincare or luxury skincare brand that exists on the market,” she added.
To ensure her products meet the highest standard, Savannah partnered with Howard University’s College of Dermatology, committing to rigorous testing and clinical backing. The result is a line of skincare products she not only believes in-but uses herself.
As she navigates motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the ever-present gaze of the media, Savannah continues to ground herself in what matters most: authenticity, family, and impact.
Whether it’s calling out Zhuri‘s antics or choosing to step out of the spotlight, she remains committed to doing things on her own terms. And if that means occasionally sacrificing a quiet coffee for a shared laugh with her daughter-so be it.
