Paříž (od našeho zpravodaje) – „Tak nějak se to vyvinulo na její stranu, ani nevím jak. Já jsem byla trošičku slow motion – pomalejší. I ten druhý set, i ten třetí,“ líčila posmutnělá Bejlek. V Paříži přitom prošla třemi koly kvalifikace a v první rundě přejela nasazenou Ukrajinku Kosťukovou. Na začátku středečního utkání pak donutila chybovat i šedesátou hráčku WTA.
„Celý turnaj hodnotím asi pozitivně. Předvedla jsem výborné výkony, s tím dnešním taky můžu být spokojená. Tahle porážka mrzí jako každý jiný zápas, není to víc, míň, ale nemůžu z něj být úplně nadšená,“ řekla hráčka, která nastoupila se zatejpovanou nohou a během utkání jí ještě jedna bandáž přibyla.
„Stehno jsem měla obvázané preventivně, jen malinko jsem to cítila, spíš pro jistotu. Po pádu jsem se pak trochu odřela a fyzio trval na tom, že to oblepí,“ popisovala Bejlek, kterou v Paříži povzbuzovali i fanoušci z rodných Hrušovan nad Jevišovkou.
„To byli známí od rodičů. Dávala jsem jim nějaké lístky, vypisovali jsme to s koučem a agentem. Takže Hrušovaňáci,“ usmála se aspoň na chvilku zklamaná Bejlek.
Na vítězku česko-rumunského souboje nyní čeká polská ‚gwiazda‘ Iga Šwiateková, pařížská vítězka z let 2020, 2022, 2023 a 2024. Její titulovou hegemonii posledních sezon na Roland Garros narušila pouze před čtyřmi lety Barbora Krejčíková. Ve středu Polka zválcovala Britku Emmu Raducanuovou (6:1, 6:2) Bejlek si ale zatím nevyzkouší, jak vypadá antukový tanec v podání momentální světové pětky.
Pro stále náctiletou českou hráčku je ovšem letošní antukový grandslam velkým impulsem. Zaznamenala konečně premiérovou výhru v hlavní soutěži, odveze si i prémii ve výši 117 tisíc eur hrubého (asi 2,8 milionu korun). A dál? „To teď nevím. Jen doufám, že zítra poletíme domů…,“ prohlásila Bejlek.
