Robert Lewandowski (36) denkt noch lange nicht ans Aufhören – und überrascht mit seinem „wahren Alter“!
Der Torjäger des FC Barcelona fühlt sich fitter denn je und macht in der BILD am SONNTAG der Konkurrenz eine klare Ansage: „Ich habe über 30 Titel in meiner Karriere gewonnen. Aber ich bin bereit für mehr.“
[–>Trotz seines offiziellen Alters von 36-Jahren hat Lewandowski eine überraschende Erkenntnis über seinen Körper: „Ich teste das immer wieder. Aktuell ist mein biologisches Alter bei 30 Jahren. Ich denke, das ist nicht so schlecht. Das entspricht dem, wie ich mich fühle.“ Barças Biowunder!
Sein Körper macht mit, der Stürmer ist heiß auf weitere Erfolge mit Barça. Die abgelaufene Saison beendete er mit überragenden 42 Toren in 52 Pflichtspielen, holte mit seinem Team das Double aus Meisterschaft und Pokal. Nur der ganz große Traum vom Triple platzte im Champions-League-Halbfinale gegen Inter Mailand.
Gerüchte über einen möglichen Abschied wegen der finanziellen Sorgen des Klubs weist Lewandowski entschieden zurück: „Für mich überhaupt kein Thema. Ich bleibe auf jeden Fall in der nächsten Saison. Ich habe aktuell nur Barcelona im Kopf.“
Auch Barcelonas Sportdirektor Deco bestätigte, dass der Klub sich aktuell nicht nach einem neuen Stürmer umschaut. Fakt ist: Irgendwann muss ein Ersatz kommen, doch zunächst geht es mit Lewandowski weiter.
Und dabei bricht er weiterhin Rekorde: Für seine ersten 100 Tore im Barça-Trikot benötigte er lediglich 147 Einsätze – 41 weniger als Klub-Legende Lionel Messi!

Und es soll noch lange nicht Schluss sein: „Ich fühle mich physisch sehr stark. Ich habe nun sechs, sieben Wochen Urlaub und werde mich komplett erholen.“
Ob er bis 40 spielt? Möglich! Denn wie Lewa gegenüber der SPORT BILD sagt: „Am Ende geht es darum, was mein Herz und mein Kopf sagen.“
Barcelona könnte in der kommenden Saison noch gefährlicher werden – denn Lewandowski verspricht: „Unsere Mannschaft wird in der nächsten Saison noch besser sein.“
