No entendimento do apresentador da Band, o episódio não foi acidental, como o comandante alviverde alegou.
Durante o “Os Donos da Bola” desta segunda-feira (02), o ex-jogador reproduziu o vídeo do esbarrão entre o técnico e o profissional da imprensa, classificando a ação como um ato de soberba. Ele ainda elencou o histórico de confusões acumuladas pelo treinador ao longo dos últimos cinco anos de trabalho no futebol brasileiro.
“O Abel Ferreira mostra a máscara, o nojo, como se sente superior à nós brasileiros. Ele tem uma visão que é maior do que as pessoas. Não é a primeira vez. Foi com mulher, foi com telefone de jornalista, Calleri, foi com o pedestal da Globo. Não dava para passar ali com tranquilidade? O cara estava trabalhando. Ele vai em cima”, disparou o apresentador.
Na coletiva pós-jogo da Série A, Abel disse que não tinha espaço para transitar na saída do Mineirão, citando que a situação já é algo reincidente. No relato, ele disse que está sendo sempre acompanhado muito de perto pelos cinegrafistas, que em seu entendimento, estão ocupando um lugar inapropriado à beira do campo, uma vez que ele não precisaria desviar dos profissionais para deixar o campo de jogo.

Neste primeiro momento de trabalhos nos Estados Unidos, o técnico Abel Ferreira estará desfalcado de oito jogadores, que vão estar à serviço de suas seleções na Data Fifa de junho.
O treinador português vai comandar duas atividades em estar com 100% do grupo, mas terá todo os jogadores antes da estreia na competição, programada para o dia 15 de junho, frente ao Porto, em Nova Jersey. A lista dos jogadores que vão chegar posteriormente é encabeçada por Estêvão, Piquerez, Facundo Torres, Piquerez, Emiliano Martínez, Gustavo Gómez, Ríos, Luighi e Benedetti.
