Enzo Fernández está ciente que o Chelsea não terá vida fácil contra o Flamengo. Antes do clube londrino encarar o principal adversário no Grupo D, o volante fez questão de enaltecer o patamar do Rubro-Negro. Levando em conta que o estádio deve receber um grande número de torcedores da equipe carioca, o camisa 8 prevê um ambiente de clássico dentro e fora dos gramados no dia 20 de junho.
“É uma competição muito importante, principalmente por ser global. O mundo estará assistindo, e tentaremos dar o melhor que pudermos. Está quase no final da temporada para nós, então vamos buscar um último esforço e dar tudo de nós para conquistar o título, o que seria um feito enorme para o clube.”, afirmou Enzo Fernández, em entrevista à Fifa.
“O Flamengo é um clube enorme que é conhecido no mundo todo. A atmosfera da partida será imbatível, porque os brasileiros são muito apaixonados, assim como nós argentinos. Espero que o estádio esteja barulhento, que todos aproveitem e que o futebol seja o vencedor.”, acrescentou.

Além dos três pontos, os torcedores do Flamengo esperam que Enzo Fernández seja “cobrado” na partida pelo Mundial. Isso porque o argentino, na goleada aplicada contra o Brasil, chamou Léo Ortiz de “tontito” e ainda fez caretas para o jogador do Flamengo. Neste cenário, existe uma expectativa de que Erick Pulgar não alivie para o volante do Chelsea ao longo da partida, algo capaz de motivar vaias e protestos dos rubro-negros que marcarem presença no Estádio Lincoln Financial Field.

Expectativa para o Mundial
Campeão da Copa de 2022, Enzo Fernández deseja adicionar mais uma conquista mundial ao currículo. Diante do momento de reconstrução do Chelsea, o volante espera que os torcedores marquem presença na competição. Mesmo que, em números, os Blues não tenham o patamar do Flamengo, existe uma expectativa otimista com o apoio nos Estados Unidos.
“Naturalmente, queremos levantar o troféu. Sempre que viajamos com o clube, em qualquer lugar do mundo, vemos torcedores do Chelsea.
