Alexandre Rossato, vice do Grêmio, é sincero e aponta dificuldade financeira: “Não vai fazer contratações de grande impacto”

O dirigente afirma que o clube ainda está pagando a conta da Série B de 2022 e que mercados alternativos podem ser opção para buscar atletas

Não é novidade que o Grêmio busca fazer contratações neste meio de ano para reforçar o time, visando o restante da temporada. Porém, a expectativa do torcedor não deve estar voltada a nomes de peso. O vice-presidente de futebol do clube, Alexandre Rossato, afirmou que a condição financeira não permite “contratações de grande impacto”.

A declaração foi dada ao GE, que entrevistou o ex-assessor da presidência do Grêmio, responsável pelo futebol do clube há seis meses. Rossato afirmou estar ciente das deficiências do elenco, mas não demonstrou empolgação em relação ao futuro próximo. “Vou para o Grêmio com muita alegria, mas tenho que me adaptar um pouco em função dos limites que se tem. Eu gostaria muito de formar um time com grandes contratações, mas acabamos não tendo”, disse.

Condição financeira é um obstáculo para grandes contratações

Alexandre Rossato disse que o Grêmio tem tido “uma gestão responsável na questão financeira”, mas a condição do clube neste quesito é um entrave durante as janelas de transferências.

“Se eu não me engano, o Grêmio teve em torno de R$ 200 milhões a menos em 2022 no orçamento pelo fato de estar disputando a Série B. Isso tudo impacta para frente. Nós estamos ainda pagando a conta da Série B, que não se paga da noite para o dia”, relatou Rossato.

Além da própria realidade financeira do clube, o mercado como um todo está inflacionado, segundo o vice-presidente de futebol, devido ao aumento no número de clubes que estão investindo. “Posso te citar aqui provavelmente em torno de 10 clubes com potencial financeiro de recursos externos muito superior ao que se tinha antigamente. Isso inflaciona o valor dos atletas. O valor de aquisição dos atletas subiu drasticamente.”

Criatividade na escolha de jogadores

Diante dos problemas para investir, o vice de futebol disse que a criatividade e a procura em mercados alternativos são estratégias que a diretoria gremista deve adotar. “Infelizmente, aumenta um pouquinho a chance de erro […] e também os jogadores ficam aguardando o final da janela para ver se tem alguma outra proposta mais interessante financeiramente”, explicou.

Perguntado sobre as posições que seriam prioridades no Grêmio, Alexandre Rossato preferiu deixar em aberto essa questão, afirmando que não vai medir esforços para trazer qualquer atleta que tenha leitura técnica e possa contribuir com o elenco.

Sobre possíveis saídas, o diretor confessou não saber se conseguirá manter todo o elenco atual. Segundo ele, jogadores do Grêmio têm chamado a atenção, e o clube vem recebendo sondagens.

Adryelson descartado e Caíque em negociação

Os valores para aquisição do zagueiro Adryelson, ex-Botafogo e que hoje está no Anderlecht, da Bélgica, foram definidos como “impraticáveis” pelo dirigente, o que indica que o Grêmio não deve realizar uma proposta oficial.

Já em relação ao volante Caíque, do Juventude, o discurso é de tranquilidade e de espera por uma resposta. “O Juventude tem a proposta do Grêmio em mãos. E, no caso da aceitação, a gente reavalia”, afirmou Rossato.
