Comeback in der Serie A?
Die Tage von Federico Chiesa (27) beim FC Liverpool scheinen gezählt. Der Italiener kam beim englischen Meister seit seinem Wechsel von Juventus Turin im vergangenen Sommer überhaupt nicht in Fahrt, wurde stattdessen zum Mega-Flop. Sowohl die „Reds“ als auch der Offensivspieler selbst wollen das Kapitel wohl so schnell wie möglich beenden.
[–>Wie „Sky Sport Italia“ berichtet, ist mit der SSC Neapel auch schon ein möglicher Abnehmer gefunden worden. Der Klub habe sogar schon Chiesas Berater Fali Ramadani kontaktiert. Auch erste Gespräche zwischen dem Offensivspieler und dem italienischen Meister hätten schon stattgefunden.
Neapel möchte seinen Kader für die kommende Champions-League-Saison aufrüsten, für die man sich nach einem Jahr Abstinenz wieder qualifiziert hat. Vor allem an der Offensive soll geschraubt werden. Neben Chiesa wird auch Dan Ndoye (24) von Liga-Konkurrent FC Bologna gehandelt. Zudem wird der Name von Ex-BVB-Star Jadon Sancho (24) immer wieder genannt, es soll sogar schon eine mündliche Einigung gegeben haben.

Chiesa hofft durch einen Wechsel wohl seine sportliche Karriere wieder in Schwung zu bringen. Der Italiener wurde zu Saisonbeginn bei Juventus Turin aussortiert, suchte lange nach einem neuen Klub und glaubte, mit dem FC Liverpool den richtigen gefunden zu haben. Eine grobe Fehleinschätzung!

Erst plagte ihn das Verletzungspech, dann kamen noch akute Formprobleme dazu. Gerade ein einziges Mal stand er in der Premier League in der Startelf, insgesamt kommt er nur auf sechs Saisoneinsätze. Zu allem Überfluss kostete ihn das sogar seinen Platz in der italienischen Nationalmannschaft. Seit der Europameisterschaft im letzten Sommer stand er kein einziges Mal für die Azzurri auf dem Platz.
Selbst Italiens neuer Trainer Gennaro Gattuso (47) riet ihm schon zu einem Wechsel, damit er wieder mehr Spielzeit bekommt. In Liverpool wird es nach dem Königstransfer von Florian Wirtz (kommt für rund 140 Mio. Euro von Bayer Leverkusen) nur noch schwerer für Chiesa.
