Když se člověk v posledních dnech zeptal lidí v Dynamu, co nový majitel zamýšlí, jestli přijdou personální změny, odpovědí bylo pokaždé pokrčení ramen. Přesně tak reagoval i hlavní trenér Jiří Lerch po středeční přípravě v Plzni. A jak to vypadá, nejistota zaměstnanců nadále přetrvává. Když se nyní už bývalý majitel Dynama Vladimír Koubek v pátek loučil se zaměstnanci klubu, oznámil jim, ať vyčkají, co se bude dít.
Už týdny se spekuluje, že do vrcholné funkce má přijít Zdeněk Koukal mladší, trenér třetiligových Záp. Ten ve čtvrtek pro Sport.cz v esemesce napsal, že nabídku nové majitelky odmítl. Nicméně o jeho příchodu se nadále mluví.
Ohledně budoucnosti Dynama se vlastně zatím jenom SPEKULUJE. Jen namátkou: že prý přijde africký trenér, že nový vlastník bude údajně do Dynama přivádět mladíky z Nigérie (současnému sportovnímu managementu už prý poskytl tipy na dva africké hráče), nebo že zřejmě hledá statutárního zástupce.
Samozřejmě. Zvolená informační strategie je výhradně v gesci vlastníka klubu. Do toho mu nikdo mluvit nemůže, je to jen jeho věc. V případě Dynama je však zvolená taktika mlžení ránou do nosu sportovnímu fungování klubu, který bez jediné výhry sestoupil do druhé ligy.
V době, kdy fotbalové kluby shánějí posily, měl (a nadále má) sportovní úsek Dynama svázané ruce. Ocitl se ve schizofrenní situaci. V popisu své práce má vytvořit co nejsilnější tým. Jenže proti němu v posledních týdnech hrála (a nadále hraje) nejistota. Kdo by se v takové situaci upsal klubu, jehož budoucnost je v mlze?
A čas kvapí. Dynamo bude chtít bojovat o návrat do první ligy, jenže brněnští konkurenti – Zbrojovka a Artis – mají obrovský náskok. Zatímco do jejich kádrů přibývá jedna posila za druhou, na Střeleckém ostrově se stále neví, kdo v příští sezoně bude tým trénovat.
Možná se už brzy hnou ledy a nový majitel konečně oznámí konkrétní kroky. Směrem k postupovým ambicím už je ale nejspíš pozdě. Jedině snad, že by měl nový vlastník podepsané Viníciuse Juniora a šutéra Erlinga Haalanda.
