O Fluminense medirá forças com a Inter de Milão nesta segunda-feira (30), às 16h (horário de Brasília). O confronto acontecerá no Bank of America Stadium, em Charlotte, pelas oitavas de final do Mundial de Clubes da Fifa. O Tricolor das Laranjeiras busca uma vaga nas quartas diante do vitorioso entre Manchester City e Al Hilal.
Os torcedores do time carioca que estão nos Estados Unidos se concentraram ao lado do hotel onde está a Internazionale. Enquanto os simpatizantes da tradicional equipe italiana aguardavam a saída da delegação interista, alguns integrantes da torcida do Fluminense demonstraram coragem ao brincar com os europeus.
Torcida do Fluminense canta em provocação à Inter de Milão
Enquanto os torcedores da Inter de Milão cercavam o hotel, alguns tricolores passaram gritando “Pepperoni” e, na sequência, entoaram um cântico para provocar o rival. “A Inter vai morrer. Hoje é uma noite especial, você não pode perder”, cantavam.
Em entrevista para a equipe da TNT, representantes da torcida do Fluminense não esconderam o otimismo por uma vitória sobre o atual vice-campeão da Uefa Champions League. “Estamos esperando aqui, mas não saem. Já estamos há uma hora aqui, ninguém sai daqui de dentro. Tão com medo, a gente vai ganhar de 3 a 0 hoje. 3 a 0 fácil, dois gols de Arias”, dissse um torcedor. “Muito confiante”, respondeu outro.
Entre outras brincadeiras sadias, os torcedores do Fluminense colocaram ketchup na pizza como uma outra forma de provocação. “Ah, é ketchup!”, zoaram os tricolores que permaneceram ao lado do hotel interista. Os simpatizantes da Inter de Milão responderam acendendo sinalizadores azuis.
Renato Gaúcho não abre mão de estilo ofensivo
Na coletiva concedida ontem (29), Renato Gaúcho procurou reforçar que manterá suas convicções mesmo diante da força do adversário. Ainda assim, reconhece que pode simplificar jogadas contra a Internazionale.
“Se apertou, não tem que arriscar, tem que quebrar, tem que botar lá na frente. Não adianta você querer sair jogando bonito, muitas vezes você tem que dar o chutão, porque se você perder a bola aí pode ser letal”, disse o técnico do Fluminense, que completou: “Pode ter certeza que o Fluminense não vai mudar sua maneira de jogar”.

During the boxing event of the 2025 Khelo India University Games (KIUG) in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, Bharti represented Maharshi Dayanand University, Haryana in the women’s minimum (45-48kg) category and hauled in a silver, while Devika Satyajit Ghorpade represented Savitribai Phule Pune University, Maharashtra in the women’s fly 52kg and captured a gold as expected. Both the athletes come from very different socio-economic backgrounds. 23-year-old Bharti’s father does labour work at a brick factory, earning Rs 250-300 per day.
