Die deutschen Titelhoffnungen bei der Klub-WM sind nach den Viertelfinal-Spielen geplatzt. Erst flog der FC Bayern gegen PSG raus (0:2), wenig später verlor der BVB gegen Real Madrid (2:3).
Besonders schmerzhaft: die Verletzung von Jamal Musiala (22), der sich nach einem Zusammenprall mit Paris-Keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma (26) das Wadenbein brach, sich mehrere Bänder im Knöchel verletzte.
Für Bayern-Keeper Manuel Neuer war es ein überhartes Einsteigen, „eine Situation, wo man das Risiko in Kauf nimmt. Eine Situation, wo man, glaube ich, nicht so hineingehen muss. Aber gut, wir drücken ihm die Daumen, dass es nicht so schwer ist, aber sie wird mit Sicherheit schwer sein. Da so reinzuspringen, ist schon risikofreudig. Da nimmt man die Verletzung des Gegenspielers einfach in Kauf. Und danach passiert auch nichts.“

Real-Keeper Thibaut Courtois (33) sah es anders. Nach dem Sieg im Viertelfinale der Klub-WM gegen Dortmund wurde der Belgier nach der folgenschweren Szene gefragt – und nahm Donnarumma ausdrücklich in Schutz.
Courtois sagte: „Ich denke, es ist übertrieben, Donnarumma die Schuld an Musialas Verletzung zu geben. Torhüter gehen auf den Ball zu. Die Stürmer halten sich auch nicht zurück, wenn sie auf uns zukommen. Das ist Pech. Es wird ihn (Manuel Neuer, d.Red.) mehr schmerzen, weil er aus seiner Mannschaft kommt, aber Donnarumma trifft keine Schuld.“
[–>Der Torwart von Paris St-Germain hatte sich in der Nacht noch an Musiala gerichtet, postete bei Instagram eine Botschaft für den Bayern-Star: „Alle meine Gebete und besten Wünsche sind bei dir, Jamal Musiala.“ Dazu postete er ein Foto von sich mit gesenktem Kopf, wie er von zwei Betreuern vom Feld begleitet wird.
Im Halbfinale der Klub-WM werden PSG und Real aufeinandertreffen, am Mittwoch stehen sich die beiden Teams gegenüber (21 Uhr, live bei DAZN und bei SPORT BILD im Ticker).
