Bereits 2023 wollten die Saudis Messi in ihre Liga locken, damals bot man dem Argentinier ein Gehalt in Höhe von rund 500 bis 600 Mio. Euro für zwei Jahre. Am Ende entschied sich Messi aber für Inter Miami. Dort läuft sein Vertrag am 31. Dezember aus. Der MLS-Klub würde sehr gerne mit dem Kapitän verlängern. Ende: offen.
