Die Aufmerksamkeit, die Karim Adeyemi (23) erfährt, hat sich zuletzt drastisch erhöht. Während der Klub-WM in den USA stellte der BVB ihn immer wieder vor die Kameras, Adeyemi gab mehrere Medienrunden. Das Ziel: Der Flügelspieler soll zu einem Gesicht des Vereins werden.
Glaubt man italienischen Medien, wird das jedoch nicht mehr lange so sein. Angeblich bereitet Juventus Turin ein Angebot vor, das sich im Bereich zwischen 45 und 50 Mio. Euro bewegen soll.

Der Plan: Die Verantwortlichen wollen im Winter das Gespräch mit Adeyemi suchen, um mit ihm über eine mögliche Vertragsverlängerung zu sprechen. Derzeit läuft sein Kontrakt bis 2027. Ist der gebürtige Münchner dafür offen, soll sein Vertrag verlängert werden. Andernfalls soll Adeyemi im kommenden Sommer verkauft werden. Wegen der dann geringeren Restlaufzeit würde die Verkaufssumme sehr wahrscheinlich deutlich geringer ausfallen als derzeit.
Klar ist: Die Bosse wollen keinesfalls mit ihm ins letzte Vertragsjahr gehen, um zu verhindern, dass sie in möglichen Vertragsgesprächen dann mit dem Rücken zur Wand stehen – oder Adeyemi 2027 sogar ablösefrei wechselt.
