Ein Mega-Wechsel nimmt immer konkretere Formen an!
Frankfurt-Stürmer Hugo Ekitiké (23) steht offenbar kurz vor einem Wechsel zum FC Liverpool. Der England-Meister bereitet ein Angebot vor, Konkurrent Newcastle United, das sich ebenfalls um den Angreifer bemühte, sucht schon nach anderen Kandidaten.
Bei Eintracht Frankfurt wird die Hoffnung immer größer, dass es am Ende wirklich die geforderten 100 Mio. gibt. Und geht es nach Ekitiké, kommen diese nur von den Reds!

Nach SPORT BILD-Informationen will der Stürmer zum FC Liverpool. Der Franzose soll seinen Wechsel-Wunsch mittlerweile bei den Bossen der Hessen hinterlegt haben. Ein Transfer des trickreichen Stürmers zu den Reds immer wahrscheinlicher. Auch, weil Liverpool in Frankfurt bereits signalisiert haben soll, die geforderte Ablösesumme zu bezahlen. In Kürze wird ein 100-Mio.-Angebot erwartet.
Und Liverpool ist sich auch mit Ekitiké offenbar schon komplett einig. Im Raum steht ein Vertrag bis 2031. Passend dazu ist Newcastle aus dem Poker ausgestiegen und hat schon zwei andere Angreifer auf dem Zettel: Victor Osimhen und Darwin Nunez.
Deswegen gab es auch keine mündliche Einigung zwischen dem Noch-Frankfurter und den Magpies (deutsch: Elstern) aus Newcastle. Am Gehalt und der Vertragslänge (wohl mindestens bis 2030) lag das definitiv nicht.
[–>Viel eher wurde immer deutlicher, dass der Franzose nicht überzeugt von einem Newcastle-Wechsel ist. Das deutete der Stürmer nach BILD-Infos sogar im Gespräch mit dem Trainerstab zu Beginn der Vorbereitung an.
Umso mehr verwunderte es Experten, dass Newcastle bereits ein erstes offizielles Angebot (80 Mio.) nach Frankfurt schickte. Klar ist: Die Magpies wollten damit großen Druck auf Ekitiké ausüben. Hofften so auf den Durchbruch.

Doch da spielte Eintracht nicht mit. Denn wie BILD bereits berichtete, nimmt Sport-Vorstand Markus Krösche (44) grundsätzlich keine Angebote an, solange ihm die Spieler-Seite nicht von einer Einigung berichtet. Deswegen wurde eine in Aussicht gestellte 100-Mio.-Offerte von Al-Hilal/Saudi-Arabien nicht weiter aufgegriffen.
Ekitiké hofft ganz klar auf Liverpool! Und die Reds wollen den Mega-Deal jetzt zeitnah über die Bühne bringen. Als Ersatz hat Eintracht Franjo Ivanovic (21/Saint-Gilloise) im Blick. Außerdem wird der Transfer von Ritsu Doan (27/Freiburg) nach der Zusage des Spielers (BILD berichtete exklusiv) jetzt weiter vorangetrieben.
