A Fórmula Indy vai para a sua 14ª etapa em Laguna Seca e os torcedores brasileiros terão duas opções para acompanhar o GP neste domingo (27). Uma opção é na TV fechada e outra na aberta.
Na ESPN, a narração será de Thiago Alves e os comentários ficarão a cargo de Victor Martins e Christian Fittipaldi. O sinal também estará disponível no Disney +, streaming do conglomerado de comunicação norte-americano.
TV Cultura também transmite corrida na TV e site
A opção no sinal aberto é a TV Cultura com narração de Geferson Kern e comentários de Bia Figueiredo. O sinal também é liberado no site oficial da empresa de comunicação do estado de São Paulo. Vale lembrar que essa é a quinta temporada consecutiva da categoria do automobilismo dos EUA na grade da Cultura, a partir das 16h.
Pato O´Ward venceu em Toronto e interrompeu sequência de Palou
Na última etapa, no GP de Toronto de Fórmula Indy, a vitória ficou com Pato O´Ward da McLaren. O mexicano é o vice-líder do campeonato com 437 pontos contra 536 do espanhol Alex Palou da Chip Ganassi. O terceiro lugar é ocupado por Kyle Kirkwood da Andretti que soma 363 pontos. Outro piloto da Chip Ganassi no top 5 é o experiente Scott Dixon com 362 e o companheiro de O´Ward, Christian Lundgaard fecha os cinco primeiros ao somar 317 pontos.
Laguna Seca traz boas lembranças para a família Herta
O fato é que o circuito famoso pela curva do “Saca Rolha” traz boas lembranças para a família Herta: o pai de Carlton, Bryan, venceu o GP em 1998 e 1999. Enquanto o filho, cruzou a linha de chegada na 1ª posição em 2019 e 2021. O maior vencedor da prova é Bobby Rahal, com quatro vitórias seguidas entre 1984 e 1987. Rahal, que tem o filho, Graham, no grid atual.
