Lässt sich Lewandowski in die Wüste locken, wenn Barça ihn ziehen lässt?
Auch mit 36 Jahren ist Robert Lewandowski ein Weltklasse-Torjäger. Wie die spanische „Mundo Deportivo“ berichtet, haben noch immer mehrere Vereine aus Saudi-Arabien den Polen auf ihrer Transferliste.
Lewandowskis Vertrag läuft im kommenden Jahr aus – es gibt allerdings eine Option zur Verlängerung um ein weiteres Jahr. Nach dem Testspiel-Sieg von Barcelona gegen Vissel Kobe (3:1) wurde Lewandowski auf seine Vertragssituation angesprochen. Lewandowski: „Ich weiß nicht, ob es das letzte Jahr sein wird. Ich bin gelassen. Was am Ende der Saison passiert, ist im Moment nicht wichtig.“
Vielleicht müssen die Saudi-Klubs gar nicht mal so lange warten. Laut dem Bericht wollen die Teams schon einen Transfer in diesem Sommer über die Bühne bringen! Einige hätten auch schon in Lewandowskis Umfeld vorgefühlt.

Sportlich plant Trainer Hansi Flick weiter mit Lewandowski – wenn auch in einer etwas reduzierten Rolle. Durch die starke Entwicklung von Ferran Torres (25) und die Flexibilität von Marcus Rashford (27) und Dani Olmo (27) auf der Neun gibt es Alternativen für Rotationen.
Klar ist laut „Mundo Deportivo“ aber auch: Sollte Lewandowski tatsächlich ein Mega-Angebot vorgelegt bekommen, würde man ihm beim FC Barcelona keine Steine in den Weg legen – vorausgesetzt, die Ablöse stimmt.
