Chema Alonso ya es historia. Tal y como adelantó la Cope, el asesor del Comité Técnico de Árbitros para la aplicación de la Inteligencia Artificial ha dejado el cargo por motivos laborales, aunque lo cierto es que desde la Federación Española de Fútbol tenía claro que su declarado pasado madridista chocaba de lleno con su puesto de asesor en el CTA.
De esta manera, desde el CTA que preside Fran Soto, se iniciará la búsqueda del que será asesor en el tema de la IA, aspecto en el que especialmente LaLiga se ha mostrado interesado desde que el asunto arbitral fue motivo de debate y puesta en marcha del comité para la reforma arbitral.
Chema Alonso ha formado parte del Consejo de Administración de Telefónica y ahora emprenderá otro desafío laboral que es incompatible con el puesto en el CTA, como su pasado y presente de aficionado del Real Madrid.

Chema Alonso, fue nombrado hace 17 días como asesor del Comité Técnico de Árbitros. El conocido ‘hacker’ y experto en ciberseguridad, que había desarrollado parte de su carrera profesional en Telefónica, llegó al puesto de asesor del CTA como una apuesta de los ejecutivos de la Federación, más que del propio Fran Soto.
Chema Alonso anunció el pasado martes su fichaje como vicepresidente y máximo responsable de desarrollo internacional de Cloudflare, a la que LaLiga acusa de ser la responsable de proteger al 50% de webs que emiten fútbol de forma pirata, circunstancia incompatible con su puesto y excusa perfecta para su adiós al fútbol profesional.
Javier Tebas no ha ocultado nunca su animadversión hacia la citada empresa. Cloudflare ha elevado un recurso al Tribunal Constitucional y a la Comisión Europea para frenar estos bloqueos “indiscriminados” que lleva a cabo LaLiga.
