Após o bom entrosamento e aproveitamento mostrado na vitória contra o Ceará no último domingo, quando ambos balançaram as redes, a dupla Vitor Roque e Flaco López passou a ser pedida por boa parte dos torcedores do Palmeiras para a sequência da temporada, iniciando pelo duelo diante do Universitario-PER hoje (14), logo mais às 21h30 (de Brasília), pela Libertadores.
Questionado sobre essa possibilidade durante participação no programa “UOL News Esporte”, no Canal UOL, o ex-jogador Walter Casagrande indicou que os dois centroavantes poderiam, sim, atuar juntos, mas o esquema de jogo que Abel Ferreira utiliza no Palmeiras teria que ser mudado, já que nenhum deles sabe jogar pelos lados do ataque.
“Abel teria que dar uma mudada no esquema porque nenhum dos dois é de jogar aberto. O Vitor Roque é um centroavante de movimentação, vai para um lado, para o outro, fica girando ali na frente da área. O Flaco é mais dentro de área, o cara que vai fazer o pivô, que ajeita de cabeça, que cabeceia para o gol. Dá para jogar os dois juntos, mas ele tem que mudar o esquema, porque nenhum dos dois joga pelo lado.”
Ao que tudo indica, pelo menos para o jogo de ida das oitavas de final da Libertadores, o treinador do Palmeiras não vai mudar o esquema tático e Vitor Roque deve ser o centroavante, com Flaco López esperando a oportunidade no banco de reservas. No entanto, para jogos no Allianz Parque, quando os adversários jogam mais fechados, há a possibilidade da utilização da dupla.
Marcos Rocha pode ir para o Grêmio
O experiente lateral-direito Marcos Rocha, de 36 anos, que perdeu espaço no Palmeiras nesta temporada, tem conversas para defender o Grêmio a partir deste meio de temporada. O jogador inclusive ficou de fora dos relacionados que viajaram ao Peru para enfrentar o Universitario pela Libertadores.
Alvo do Imortal, Rocha tem contrato somente até dezembro de 2025 e, portanto, já pode assinar um pré-acordo com qualquer outro clube para defender na próxima temporada. O jogador de 22 anos, formado nas categorias de base, vai defender o Red Bull Bragantino, que pagou cerca de 7 milhões de euros (R$ 44 milhões na cotação atual) pelos direitos econômicos.
