Na expectativa pelo duelo entre Internacional x Flamengo pela volta das oitavas de final da Libertadores nesta quarta-feira, 21h30, no Beira-Rio, em Porto Alegre, o programa “Galvão e Amigos”, da TV Bandeirantes, debateu as chances de cada time e apontou que, de fato, o time carioca é o favorito. Até porque na ida, no Maracanã, construiu uma vantagem de 1×0 com gol de cabeça feito pelo atacante Bruno Henrique.
Mas o técnico, comentarista e debatedor do programa, Vanderlei Luxemburgo, que já foi treinador do Flamengo na carreira, fez questão de alertar para o “ambiente hostil” que será criado pela torcida colorada no Beira-Rio. Além disso, citou o quanto os jogos de copa podem ser imprevisíveis, em tom de alerta aos cariocas:
“O Flamengo onde entra é favorito. Até no Mundial achávamos que era favorito, pois tem um time fantástico. Mas é uma copa. E o ambiente do Beira-Rio começou a ser criado pós-jogo quando terminou no domingo com a torcida”, destacou Luxa, em alusão à postura de apoio da torcida colorada depois da derrota de 3×1 no domingo para o mesmo rival, pelo Brasileirão.
“E pode ter certeza que o Flamengo vai encontrar um ambiente hostil, que não significa violência. Como sempre é no Beira-Rio. Mas o Flamengo tem a vantagem. Em uma copa, tudo pode acontecer. Não se sabe se vai passar, pois o Internacional é muito forte em casa”, acrescentou.
A situação do confronto entre Internacional x Flamengo pela Libertadores
Por ter vencido o jogo de ida pelo placar de 1×0, o Flamengo entra em campo com a vantagem de um empate para se classificar. Quem passar vai aguardar, nas quartas de final, o ganhador de Cerro Porteño x Estudiantes. Na ida, os argentinos venceram por 1×0 e conquistaram grande favoritismo na busca pela vaga.
O Internacional, bastante pressionado por sua torcida, vai precisar ganhar de dois ou mais gols no tempo normal para eliminar o Flamengo. Se uma eventual vitória ocorrer só por um gol, seja 1×0, 2×1, 3×2, etc, a disputa irá para as penalidades máximas.
Casa cheia no Beira-Rio
Com ingressos já esgotados nas principais áreas do estádio, a diretoria colorada aguarda um público na casa de 50 mil pessoas, podendo até ser o recorde da temporada de 2025. Antes da chegada do ônibus da delegação, por volta de 19h40, haverá o evento “Ruas de Fogo”, com sinalizadores, fogos e muita festa nos arredores do Beira-Rio.
