O Fluminense fez um jogo muito estratégico na partida de volta da Copa Sul-Americana nesta terça-feira. Mesmo jogando no Maracanã, o técnico tricolor Renato Gaúcho não quis dar chance ao azar e escolheu usar a vantagem obtida no jogo de ida (2 a 1). O time passou o primeiro tempo marcando a partir da intermediária e entregando a bola para o colombiano América de Cali tentar construir as jogadas, o que deixou o início do jogo pobre em ações perigosas, já que os visitantes tinham dificuldade neste quesito. Mas fez o tricolor aproveitar as oportunidades nos contra-ataques com um jogo sólido dos pontas Serna, que abriu o placar ainda na primeira metade e de Canobbio, que deu o passe para o gol do meia Martinelli.

Pouco depois, a equipe fez nova saída de bola rápida após roubar a posse e aproveitar a velocidade de Serna. O jogador cruzou no Everaldo, que acabou perdendo o controle da bola e chutou em cima do goleiro.

Lima também teve uma chance de ampliar o placar ainda no primeiro tempo quando a cobrança de falta desviou na barreira e tirou o goleiro do lance, mas a bola saiu rente ao travessão.

O gol ainda fez a torcida vibrar com a partida do meia e gritar o seu nome. Com o resultado, a equipe controlou a dinâmica do jogo contra um Cali já entregue e que pouco se arriscou por um gol.
Próximo jogo do Fluminense será neste sábado, às 16h, contra o Bragantino, em Bragança, pela 21º rodada do Campeonato Brasileiro.
