A Ferroviária entrou em campo na última quarta-feira (3) contra a equipe do Taubaté, em duelo válido pela 8º rodada do Paulistão Feminino, e venceu por placar de 2 a 0, jogando fora de casa.
Mesmo eliminado no Brasileirão Feminino, a equipe de Araraquara se recuperou rapidamente e agora coloca foco nas competições restantes na temporada. A equipe ainda disputa Paulistão, Copa do Brasil e Libertadores Feminina.
No Paulista, a Ferrinha não é campeã desde 2013, e vive longo jejum, não chegando na grande final desde 2020, quando perdeu para o Corinthians. Em 2025, a equipe quer quebrar esse jejum e vencer a competição pela quinta vez em sua história.
No duelo contra o Taubaté, o jogo começou equilibrado, porém, com a Ferroviária impondo sua superioridade desde o início, e conseguiu chegar ao primeiro gol com Natália Vendito, aos 45 minutos do primeiro tempo.

Aos 57 minutos da segunda etapa, Sissi marcou o segundo gol da Ferrinha no jogo, e garantiu a vitória por 2 a 0. Com o segundo triunfo consecutivo, a Ferroviária chega a 14 pontos conquistados, ficando a 2º posição da tabela, com 4 pontos a menos que o líder Corinthians, que ainda joga na rodada.
