Tras varios meses de estudio y de movimientos para pedir una rectificación pública, el departamento jurídico del Valencia ha presentado el el juzgado número 1 de Valencia la denuncia anunciada contra Netflix y la productora brasileña ‘Conspiraçao Films’ autora del documental ‘Baila, Vini’. El club considera que en el documental se muestra imágenes subtituladas falseando la realidad que perjudican seriamente la imagen de la entidad y de sus aficionados y ha querido llegar hasta el final.
Como avanzó MARCA, el Valencia había puesto en manos de sus abogados una posible denuncia tanto a la plataforma de emisión del documental, Netflix, como a la productora brasileña que reliazó el mismo, Conspiraçao Films. Tras pedir una rectificación pública como pirmera medida de presión y al ver que se hacía caso omiso a su petición, el club ha decidido ir a los juzgados.

El Valencia pide en su demanda que se restablezca su derecho al honor y exige que desaparezcan del documental imágenes subtituladas en las que se asegura que la afición del estadio cantó “mono, mono” a Vinicus en lugara de “tonto, tonto”. Además en el escrito presentado ante el juzgado, el club pide que se incluya la sentencia en el documental tras la decisión que tome el juez al respecto además de una compensación económica.
El Valencia considera que actuó con rapidez y eficiencia a la hora de localizar a los individuos que insultaron al jugador del Real Madrid de manera racista, los cuales ya fueron condenados por un juzgado de Valencia. El club ha agotado todas las posibilidades antes de presentar la demanda que ahora ya está en el juzgado y que seguirá sus pertinentes trámites.
Jupol pide la rectificación
El Valencia no está solo en las peticiones de rectificación al documental. JUPOL, el sindicato mayoritario de la Policía Nacional, emitió un comunicado en el que muestra un “firme rechazo a las insinuaciones de racismo lanzadas en el documental recientemente estrenado en Netflix sobre el jugador del Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr., en el que se pone en duda la profesionalidad y neutralidad de los agentes de la Policía Nacional”.
