“Ran 8 miles total this week! So proud. This week is 10!,” she wrote on Instagram, pairing the message with a simple but confident tone that reflected her trademark determination.
It’s not about competition for Ayesha, it’s about endurance, accountability, and balance. And in many ways, her journey runs parallel to Steph’s as he continues to defy expectations deep into his NBA career.
A shared philosophy of steady progress
Steph Curry returned to action over the weekend for the Golden State Warriors‘ preseason opener against the Los Angeles Lakers. The 36-year-old looked characteristically sharp, scoring 14 points on 5-of-7 shooting in limited minutes during the 111-103 win at Chase Center.
For a player entering his 17th season, Curry’s continued precision feels almost routine – yet it’s anything but. His ability to sustain elite form mirrors the same mindset Ayesha has applied to her wellness journey: consistency over flash, progress over perfection.
