Možné změny v řádech rozhýbalo dění po nedávném ligovém zápase mezi Hradcem Králové a Spartou (2:1), kdy kouč Letenských Brian Priske se svolením hlavního arbitra Jana Beneše vešel do kabiny rozhodčích a nějaký čas tam strávil. Beneše řeší Etická komise FAČR, Priskeho Disciplinární komise LFA netrestala, protože stávající předpisy neporušil.
Do budoucna by se to mělo změnit, je k tomu vůle hlavních sil, tedy Ligové fotbalové asociace i Fotbalové asociace ČR. „Byl to jeden z bodů na našem pondělním Ligovém výboru. Etický kodex platí jen pro rozhodčí, ale není propsaný v Disciplinárním a Soutěžním řádu FAČR, kterými se řídíme. Proto o tom musíme jednat s fotbalovou asociací,“ osvětlil situaci výkonný ředitel LFA Tomáš Bárta.
Profesionální rozhodčí mohou dle etického kodexu komunikovat pouze s vedoucími mužstev a pořadatelskou službou. Podle Bártových slov by mělo dojít k zavedení postihů pro trenéry, funkcionáře a další nepovolané osoby za neoprávněnou komunikaci s rozhodčími ideálně od příští sezony.
Možné postihy? Objevily se spekulace, že by mohlo jít při první takové návštěvě o pokutu milion korun, při druhé by se danému klubu odečetl v tabulce bod, při třetí tři body. „Je to jeden z návrhů. Padaly různé varianty. Dali jsme si za úkol dát dohromady návrh, který pak předložíme LFA i FAČR,“ řekl předseda fotbalové asociace David Trunda.
„Sankce nesmí být směšná pro toho, kdo ji poruší. Ale o přesných výších budeme jednat. Tohle je jen záměr,“ přidal Bárta.
V souvislosti s rozhodčími se ozvala v pondělí večer Slavia. Ta vyzvala ve svém vyjádření komisi rozhodčích, aby zveřejnila záznam komunikace mezi hlavním rozhodčím Janem Všetečkou a VAR, který obsluhoval Karel Rouček, v situaci, kdy fauloval sparťan Patrik Vydra v souboji o míč Ivana Schranze. Komise rozhodčích konstatovala, že Vydra, jenž už hrál v tu dobu pod hrozbou žluté karty, měl být za tento zákrok vyloučen. Všetečka nepískl ani faul.
Zveřejnění záznamu je ale složitější, podle Bárty se musí řešit i s IFAB (Mezinárodní pravidlová komise). „Náš postoj, a především pohled komise rozhodčích je takový, že záznam komunikace dá Slavii k nahlédnutí. Předseda komise pan Kovařík je připraven se Slavií spolupracovat,“ informoval Trunda. Veřejně přístupný ale tento materiál nebude.
