Doch der Reihe nach: Seit einigen Wochen wurde über den Stürmer von Real Madrid gemunkelt, mit der Moderatorin Virginia Fonseca zusammen zu sein. Noch am Montag postete Vinicius ein gemeinsames Video von beiden, was die Gerüchte weiter anheizte.

[–>Doch dann: Screenshots von Chats zwischen Vinicius und dem brasilianischen Model Day Magalhães tauchten auf, die die mutmaßliche Affäre zwischen den beiden aufdeckten. Beide sollen seit Mai im Kontakt stehen.

Zudem zeigten die Bilder, dass Magalhães und Vinicius immer noch regelmäßig schreiben, selbst als Fonseca den Real-Star in Madrid besuchte. Auf die Frage, ob Magalhães Zeit mit Vinicius verbrachte, als dieser parallel Fonseca kennenlernte, antwortete sie in den sozialen Medien laut „Daily Mail“: „Ja.“

Am Dienstag äußerte sich dann Fonseca zu den Enthüllungen und stellte klar: „Vini und ich, wir lernten uns gerade kennen, wir hatten nichts Ernstes, aber jetzt haben wir gar nichts mehr. Weder etwas Unernstes noch etwas Ernstes.“

Vinicius reagierte am Donnerstag auf die Vorwürfe und entschuldigte sich bei Fonseca per Instagram. Er schrieb: „Obwohl wir noch kein offizielles Paar waren, gab es eine aufrichtige Verbindung zwischen uns. Ich schäme mich nicht zuzugeben, dass ich nachlässig war, dass ich nicht bestmöglich reagiert habe und dass ich sie enttäuscht habe.“

Und: „Deshalb möchte ich mich öffentlich und von ganzem Herzen entschuldigen, denn ich habe verstanden, dass eine echte Beziehung nur dann existiert, wenn Respekt, Vertrauen und Transparenz vorhanden sind.“ Auch schon er noch hinterher, einen „Neustart ohne Lügen“ wagen zu wollen. Ob Fonseca das reicht?

Doch es kam noch dicker für den Superstar: Am Donnerstag brach im Haus des Fußballers in Madrid ein Feuer aus. Ursprung: die Zwischendecke der Sauna im Keller. Der Feuerwehr gelang es allerdings schnell, die Flammen unter Kontrolle zu bringen.

Es soll keine Verletzungen gegeben haben, erste Vermutungen deuten auf einen elektrischen Defekt als Brandursache hin.
