Gisele Bündchen posted a series of images and clips showing her doing what she loves most, paired with an empowering note about how physical activity has become her “medicine.”
In the photos, Bündchen appeared in her element: stretching into a yoga pose under the desert sun, wakeboarding across the water in a vest, sparring in a white Jiu-Jitsu suit alongside her partner Joaquim Valente, and even riding a bike hands-free.

The montage was set to “Rock Your Body” by the Black Eyed Peas, a fitting anthem for a post about staying energized.
The caption, written in both English and Portuguese, served as an open letter to her followers about the importance of keeping the body in motion.
“If there’s one thing I’d recommend to everyone, it’s this: move your body. Your body is your home – and it was made to move,” Bündchen began. “Movement is medicine. For your heart, your muscles, and just as importantly, for your mind and soul. Every time you move, you shift more than just your limbs. You move stagnant energy. You release stored emotion.”
A philosophy built on flow and balance
Bündchen‘s words struck a chord with millions of fans who have followed her evolution from runway icon to advocate for wellness and mindfulness. She continued her message by describing how physical movement helps ease tension and restore focus.
“Have you ever noticed how your body feels when you’re anxious or overwhelmed? The tight shoulders… the shallow breath… the tension in your chest?” she wrote. “Movement softens all of that. It invites flow where there was resistance. It brings oxygen, clarity, and presence back into your being.”
Her advice to followers was simple but heartfelt: find a form of motion that feels joyful, not burdensome.
“Whether it’s a gym session, a walk under the trees, a dance in your kitchen, or pilates on your mat, it all counts. Just move. Today, choose movement not as a chore, but as a gift you give yourself.”
The reminder carries extra meaning at a time when, according to studies, most Americans spend the majority of their day sitting. For Bündchen, movement is not just exercise – it’s a daily act of gratitude.
Her post also offered a rare glimpse into her life since becoming a mother of three. Bündchen recently welcomed her third child with Valente, though she has yet to share the baby’s first name. Reports suggest the middle name is River.
