Londýn (od našeho zpravodaje) – Honosný stadion Tottenhamu už se vyprazdňoval, sektor hostí byl však stále plný. Tradiční děkovačku se svým týmem už měli fandové českého klubu za sebou. Po ní začali vyvolávat Antonína Kinského, jenž ve Slavii odchytal celý podzim uplynulé sezony, než na začátku ledna letošního kalendářního roku přestoupil právě do klubu ze severu Londýna.
Dvaadvacetiletý brankář přišel před slávistický kotel. Tleskal, pak poklekl a užil si typickou děkovačkou. „Červenobílá,“ rozléhalo se stadionem. Pak samozřejmě následovaly všechny další části. Kinský poslouchal, zakřičel si. Při odchodu fandům ještě zatleskal, uznale kýval hlavou a děkoval. Slávističtí fanoušci se v tom nejpozitivnějším směru vytáhli.

„Je to krásné. Běhal mi z toho mráz po zádech. Doufám, že si to Tonda užil,“ řekl slávistický trenér Jindřich Trpišovský. „Viděl jsem, že za fanoušky jde. Určitě si to užil. Za ten půlrok ve Slavii si to zasloužil. Jestli to tak bylo, tak paráda. Spolu jsme se jen pozdravili, skoro jsme se ve Slavii nepotkali, protože jsem v tu dobu zrovna rehabilitoval s ramenem,“ doplnil brankář sešívaných Jindřich Staněk.
Zápas se Slavií zapadl do těžkého podzimu, který Kinský na slavné adrese prožívá. Na hřiště se přes jasnou jedničku Guglielma Vicaria moc nedostane. V této sezoně odchytal jen dva zápasy v anglickém poháru. V Lize mistrů i v Premier League je náhradníkem.

Antonín Kinský před utkáním se Slavií
„Chvilku jsme spolu mluvili, ale ještě mi nedal to, co od něj potřebuji,“ pousmál se Trpišovský. „Ale mám od něj třeba zpětnou vazbu, jak se na nás připravovali. Přeji mu hlavně, aby zúročil zkušenosti, které tu nabírá. Když na něj tihle hráči střílejí každý den, určitě se zlepšil od chvíle, co od nás odešel,“ dodal Trpišovský.
Kinský se s některými členy slávistické výpravy potkal už v tréninkovém centru Spurs na odpoledním zápase obou klubů v mládežnické Lize mistrů, který Tottenham jasně ovládl 9:1. Se Stanislavem Teclem nebo Přemyslem Kovářem hovořil zhruba hodinu. Pak se vrátil k týmu, ale proti bývalému klubu nenastoupil. Musí makat dál a čekat na šanci. V těžké situaci ho ale alespoň potěšili slávističtí fanoušci krásným gestem.
