How Haaland and Foden helped Manchester City close the gap on Arsenal with a 3-0 win at Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner spoke to the media after the match and insisted the result was not reflective of his side’s showing.

💬 “The result does not reflect the performance we showed. We have to accept that City were better in the boxes and more efficient than us. They took their chances and we didn’t.

“It is completely the opposite (feeling to being frustrated). This is our fifth game against them since I came in, we lost four and won the cup final, and this is by far our best performance we had against them.

“We were our most competitive, or at least it feels like it but the result doesn’t show it. Many parts of the game were excellent. We kept them to two finishes in the first half but you are 1-0 down. The whole team must have defended really well.

“Not just in their own box but on the other side creating three or four big chances was excellent.

“But if you want to win you need to take them in the right moments and this is what we are missing to the top teams in the Premier League. But this just shows the progress of the team.”

Patriots’ loss to Josh Allen, Bills is a slice of ‘humble pie’ — and maybe exactly what Drake Maye and Co. need

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — In the below-freezing tunnel of Gillette Stadium, Mike Vrabel held a stat sheet in his left hand and kept his right hand free for greetings.Vrabel extended a fist bump to some of his players and a reassuring chest pat to others.
